I am offering support to all experiencing mental distress. The modalities that inform how I support people are Spiritual Care, Emotional-CPR, and Alt2su. I am a person with lived experience, and hold an abolitionist perspective. I am anti-carceral, anti-coercive control, and pro-informed consent and choice when it comes to psych drugs.

I am happy to support all ages.

I offer both these modalities for groups as well.

I am also happy to offer Emotional-CPR training for any who wish to upskill their ability to support others.
